studios are sound-reinforced (staggered stud construction) in our very secure building. 24 hour access, 11 security cameras, electronic entry, and security doors. Utilities and wifi included. Each room has its own dedicated circuit. The lights aren't on the same circuit, so there is no hum for recording. Easy load-in/out with a roll-door for those rainy Portland nights! Sharing okay.
